Spyker had two vehicles on display. Very unique. The display itself had the feeling of a 30s era barnstormer's hanger. Limited product information curbed one's enthusiasm though.
One of the stall attendants makes a point during a live demonstration. Awareness of vehicle security was surprisingly high given Kuwait's low vehicle crime rate.
A very road-warrior-like Audi Q7 makes use of a highly contrasting orange and black paint scheme. Dramatic, or over the top?
Mazda showing of the new CX-9, the latest in a new line of quality products from this Japanese manufacturer.
A Peugeot sports edition shares an interesting vehicle accessory corner.
Chinese brand Chery was also on display. The market can expect additional new variants and types of vehicles from this manufacturer.
A very muscular Seat Leon made good use of it's black finish to hide a fairly aggressive accessory pack. Wide wheels and lowered suspension completed the package.
The Volkswagen stand drew a constant stream of visitors. Compact sedans like the Golf proved popular with show goers.
T I G U A N. Volkswagen's counter to Land Rover's Freelander is very pretty indeed.
Parked between two display halls was this menacing VW Touareg. Battelship grey with black wheels made it appear more like a concept vehicle that belonged on display than the roadcar it is.
The motorcycle industry was well represented at the show. Here a young rider ponders his two-wheeled future.
Suzuki's quad bikes also drew their fair share of admiration.
Bling's the thing! This Chevy Avalanche expressing its diamanted character.
"Cadillac Black". Caddie displayed a full range of passenger sport utility vehicles.
Audi R8. Simply awesome.
Motorshows can't only run on enthusiasm. Dreamy creamy shawarmas kept the masses fueled.
New Volvo XC70 is very attractive and now follows Volvo's current design trend.
Revised XC90 now also available in a V8 Sport (in the background).
Warm hues on a cool evening.
This year's event drew many high profile sponsors. This kind of corporate support ensures the future of the event.
BMW X6 wowed many, certainly one of the draw cards of the event. Another "first" for BMW.
Jaguar stand was one of the best around. Class and elegance in every aspect, perfectly reflecting the brand character.
Mitsubishi Lancer Concept pointed to more sporty design and flair from this Japanese manufacturer. "Gaping mouth" very aggressive and purposeful. Actual road car very true to this concept.
Angel eyes. Dodge face.
Mercedes SLR Racer fresh from the racing track was a crowd puller. Fins, fans and side exhaust. And lots of carbon fibre.

General Motors looked good with their performance orientated display. Its hard to think these two vehicles share the same engine.
Lexus display was once again very classy. (CLICK FOR VIDEO)
Toyota SUV's in prancing mode
Honday displayed the new Accord Coupe. Nice swoopy lines and well balanced over the two axles. It looked really nice.
Dodge Nitro drew many admiring looks. This chunky 4x4 offers one of the best retro looks around borrowing design cues from the classic Dodge Powerwagon.
Infinity had the G37 on display. Dramatic marble wall dwarfs father and son. One of the few classic displays at the motorshow.
Massive Hummer H2 movie creation ("Transformers") was...urmmm...massive.
