Dutch speakers needed in Athens

Your main responsibilities will include answering incoming communications from customers through email, chat, and telephone, conducting research to provide accurate answers, resolving basic questions and queries from accommodation partners, and ensuring a high level of partner service and a positive partner experience.

We are looking for someone who is fluent in both Dutch and English, has at least 6 months of customer service experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, is a pro at recognizing, applying, and explaining product or service knowledge, is computer savvy, and has outstanding problem-solving skills.
